Why do we train?
I am a single female, a trail runner and after having a terrifying experience running alone in the woods, I was approached by a man with a knife, I knew I needed to protect myself. I’m not a “gun” person but the reality of the situation of being alone in the woods feeling vulnerable without protection was enough of a situation for me to get real about protecting myself. I was a total beginner with very little to zero experience shooting. I did a 4 hour session with Silas and was able to learn the fundamentals of using, handing, loading and proper shooting.
I now feel confident that I can protect myself if needed.
